By accessing and using GSC Analytics Dashboard ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GSC Analytics Dashboard is a web-based tool that provides:

• Access to your Google Search Console data through Google APIs
• Data synchronization and storage for analysis and reporting
• Site verification and management features
• URL indexing request capabilities
• Data export functionality

3. User Account and Authentication

• You must authenticate using a valid Google account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must have appropriate permissions for the Google Search Console properties you access
• You may revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to access data you do not have permission to access
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or access controls
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Violate Google's Terms of Service or API policies
• Share your account access with unauthorized third parties

5. Google API Services

The Service uses Google API Services. Your use of Google API Services through this Service is subject to:

6. Data and Privacy

• All data is stored locally on the server hosting this instance
• We do not share your data with third parties
• You retain ownership of all data accessed through the Service

7. Service Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time

8. API Rate Limits

The Service is subject to Google Search Console API rate limits:

• Default: 1,200 requests per minute per project
• Synchronization timing is designed to respect these limits
• Excessive requests may result in temporary API access suspension by Google

9. Data Accuracy

• Data displayed is sourced from Google Search Console API
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate data
• However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of the data
• Always verify critical data directly with Google Search Console

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
• You use the Service at your own risk

11. Account Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by:

• Disconnecting your Google account from the Service
• Revoking OAuth permissions through your Google Account settings
• Deleting your account through the dashboard

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.

14. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission
• Google Search Console data remains your property

16. Severability
